Customer service was great. The only thing was when I went down for breakfast the staff(waitress) was petting, hugging a dog and serving food without washing their hands. I asked for a To go container and went to my room I did not eat the food.

Location & staff, the roof top bar was over priced & wait staff lacking but very nice front desk staff very sweet ppl

We chose this hotel due to how close it was to Petco park, and it’s close to a lot of cool places as well! Also, the rooftop bar is incredible! Don’t sleep on it and go!
However, when it came to housekeeping, the beds were sloppily made, and trays of food that were eaten from neighbors, were outside their room for nearly a whole day.
It’s a good place, if you’re not there the whole day, but as far as cleanliness, not so much.
