to be so expensive there should be a jacuzzi a lot of drunk people in the area as well. However, the hotel was clean and nice

Really liked this hotel and would stay there again. Very convenient, especially if you’re going to see a concert at the Rady Shell. My one minor comment, is that the trash cans in the rooms didn’t have a plastic liner bag in them and throwing away food related items felt messy for the staff to have to clean up. Otherwise room was nice.

The property was nice, but be cautious about the homelessness in the area, as there were individuals sleeping right outside. The VIP parking is the only option available, and it’s a bit pricey with no self-parking available.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, California and had a very disappointing experience with their valet service. During my stay, my car, was deeply scratched while in the care of the valet. I immediately reported the damage and filed a customer claims form with the valet manager. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no response from the valet manager, the front desk, or room service. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. I expected better service and prompt resolution of the issue, but instead, I am left with a damaged car and no assistance from the Hotel. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when using the valet service at this hotel

Not very welcoming.. No direction where to go floor/room. Was given a handycap room even though i didnt book that particular room. Dirty especially the bathroom found hair, gross! Not worth for what i paid for.
