Our hotel stay for 3 adults and two kids was very pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious and accommodated our needs. Staff is very professional, friendly and made us feel right at Home! Complimentary breakfast was so good with multiple options each day!

My laptop was removed from my briefcase. Lost. Really upsetting.
Breakfast is always crowded and never well stocked. Noise from construction outside.
One of the ladies at the front desk was really nice, another one, totally opposite.
We were bothered three times this morning knocking constantly at our door to check if we were leaving already (do not disturb sign hanging at the door!)

We were able to us the metro bus service for our travel from the airport and to it. Also, we were able to walk to most tourist areas, and use the bus to get to our family’s meeting area.

Our stay was wonderful! I would like to give Kudos to Anthony, Pedro and Celeste they provided excellent customer services and made the check in process so much easy.

What I did not like is the shared bathrooms in the the Lobby, My wife and my daughter are not and will never be allowed to use such facilities. This concern will keep myself and my family from retuturning to this establishment.
