No USB, was plac d next to the elevator, card keys were super flakey. I had to slide it in and out multiple times over minutes until it worked. I checked out 20 minutes after arriving and went to the Hilton. Cut my losses.

The location is fantastic. Just down the street from the Delta center.
The 2nd day I was there many card keys stopped working. So annoying. The staff is VERY slow, so I had to wait in line holding groceries. Really unhappy about that.
The carpet in the room is horrible - hideous.
The day I checked out my parking pass didn’t work when I tried to leave. It wouldn’t let me scan it to leave (scan in was challenging too). I had to park the car, run in, wait in line, then get them to fix it.
Despite the perfect location I doubt I’ll stay there again because these issues and the very slow staff was VERY annoying.
There is zero curb appeal to this place.

Great location downtown. Next to public transit. Close vicinity to shopping and Delta Center.

Rooms could use some general maintenance. Caulking around tub and repair of wall paper coming off. House keeping could door better job cleaning in hallways.

Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent—no complaints there. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few issues. The parking situation was a bit frustrating; no matter what level of the garage you parked on, you still had to walk to the bottom level to enter the hotel, and none of the doors in the garage were functional. Another downside was the water pressure while showering. It would occasionally shut off or drop to a small trickle, which seemed to happen when another room was showering at the same time. We also experienced a lot of street noise, even though we were on the 8th floor. That said, the price was reasonable, so overall, it wasn't a bad experience.

JMO..... Property is a little dated. Room was standard condition. All amenities were present. Bath tub needed a good scruband and caulking. No restaurant on site. Its not a Best Western so breakfast is is pay but not Best Western style. $$. The staff was great. Location was perfect for us. Even tho it was a little pricey we will return. Its all about the Location
