This hotel is so cute. Great breakfast options and a very nice staff. The hvac in our room was a little loud but overall a really charming and lovely place!

We stay here a couple times a year since I moved from RVA 5 years ago. There’s hands down no better place to stay. Being from RVA, this is the epitome of Richmond culture, art and architecture. Foods always great, rooms are always amazing. They stopped giving the free waters in your room tho, I don’t know why. Covid cutbacks I guess. Otherwise staff is always going out of their way to accommodate guests needs. Stay here and walk to Tarrants for dinner, go across the street and see a play, shop at the gallery. It’ll be a lovely stay.

Hot water wasn’t working in my first room. The penthouse was nice but light bulb in shower was out and the out they to install was not good and looked cheap for the penthouse
