John, who checked us in at the front desk, was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, quiet and roomy. The hotel was walkable to many restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the Altria Theater. We will stay there again on future trips to RVA!

I liked the self-park facility, though $20 seemed to be a bit high for a parking garage without any attendants to be seen.
The breakfast was fairly good, though the attendant there seemed to be struggling with a testy juice machine and didn't hide her frustration. Clean and plentiful seating.
Our room on the top floor was very spacious, and the blackout curtains were extremely effective. We had a good night's sleep.
There's a bit of wear and tear on the furniture and shower, repairs had been made to the wall and ceiling, but overall we had all we needed - frig, microwave, coffee maker, safe, iron/ironing board.
This was walking distance to Richmond Music Hall and a number of downtown office buildings. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I would return.
