I came for a meeting and this is a convenient location, although its not near restaurants, shops or other similar businesses. Its a nice, clean,safe hotel.

I visited this property because I came to Richmond, Virginia for my homecoming. The staff was very nice, very approachable and not to mention very helpful! I had the best experience with Mr. Jones, he made it fun to stay there. I will definitely come back for another stay!

I wanted to love this hotel but it badly needs a refresh. There were so many large stains on the carpet in my room that I felt really icky walking around with my shoes off. The bathroom did not feel clean- the caulking around the tub and toilet was peeling off and what was there looked like it had been applied by someone who has never done it before. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part but the valet just watched my friends and I struggle to load our bags in the car, even after we left him a nice tip. Not super hospitable.

Arrived to a room that had not been cleaned; got charged for day parking AND overnight parking for my car being parked for a few hours the day before; then there was a random $50 incidental charge that I never remember being told about that I was told “can sometimes take 2-4 days because of the weekend to come back.” Not worth the expense and would not stay again.
