Staff was nice and helpful. However our room was very dirty. There was stains on the carpet, curtains, walls, huge crack on the ceiling. It was a bit unreal especially for the price. Also the elevator has red stains like either ketchup or blood. It was there days. No one ever cared to clean it. Besides the location and nice corner room view the hotel was 4/10. Couldn’t rate it any higher.

Other than a snippy clerk who checked me in, this was the perfect spot for Light Up Night! Close to everything - quite literally you could walk to EVERYTHING! The ice sculpting, food trucks, and activities were within a block or two. The facility was clean, comfortable, and provided a great spot for watching the fireworks across the city!
