When we checked in for a suite we were put on the 10th floor however the room was very noisy. When we told the staff the next morning they immediately went into action and changed our room. They gave us the penthouse suite which was beautiful and made our stay. Thank you very much for this and I do hope the issue with the other room re: the noise has been addressed.

Very good looking hotel. The rooftop bar was nice, one issue was out hotel room had no phone or internet access, so they had to change our room out, but was painless and quick due to the great staff.
