The elevator worked half the time definitely sketchy but everything else for the price was pretty awesome. Definitely a great hotel and spot for the money with indoor pool and be center of city

Dirty sock in the closet. Popcorn and chips behind the bed.Vent in the bathroom was disgusting.( It looked like it had never been cleaned. ) Toilet moved when you sit down or got up. Phone was in a drawer with no cord. One light in each bedroom missing on each side of the bed .(there was a hole there for it) Ceiling light in second bedroom kept flickering. Remote control for tv in second bedroom didn't work.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff were all courteous and accommodating. The room was spectacular. Only down side being the open balcony style hall leading to the rooms as i have a fear of hights. Would love to someday see bigger suits available on the ground floor.

It was close to alot of shops and the room was clean the only thing was is our room was right by the elevator and you could her it in the room. But other then that we will be back

Our sheets were dirty had to go ask for clean ones and made our own beds and floor was nasty..room next to us had kids screaming and banging on the walls till midnight..go somewhere else people

The property looks nothing like advertised in pictures. Very old with minor updates. Very dirty overall.

After 2 days of trying to cancel rsvp due to no manager available (to expedia or myself), we drove 5 hrs around (our route 411 was closed) to make our reservation to be greeted with a nasty room that was not cleaned, & bugs (roaches). When i took pictures & went to front desk, the lady was very rude at which time she managed to contact a manage on firat attempt. Said manager then called me with threats of poilce if my family & myself didnt leave property within 30 mins. I do NOT recommend this property & honestly do not think they deserve a spot on expedia platform. Expedia was amazing & prompt when immediately contacted them during the situation.
