We did not end up staying here because of the location. It wasn’t in a very good part of town. Pictures can be deceiving. Gentleman at the desk was kind enough to cancel my reservation and charge me a night for doing so.

Property was under construction. Noisy and dusty. Had to call about noise after 7 pm. Renovated rooms are nice. Long walk to front desk

The room Reno’s are nice. Shuttle service was a definite plus. Rooms were under renovation upon arrival and got put directly under the drilling and hammering! Shortly after unpacking and organizing for the night we heard water dripping, the workers did something above us and caused a leak in the bathroom roof that was very extensive! We went to tell the front desk and got a room down the hall upstairs but neither front desk worker even came to the room to see what happened or offered assistance! Once we got our new room we had no water in that one. We decided to finally go for supper to relax and hope it would be turned on when we arrived and it was. Not happy customers

Not very expensive for the services is giving. Also, personel very polite. Rooms just renovated. Shutter to Airport.

We stayed 2 nights prior to a flight out of Phoenix. It was great for this purpose and the free shuttle to the airport was really handy. Beds were comfortable. All in all, we would stay again for convenience of airport access.

This is a great hotel. I've now stayed at this property a total of 10 days within a month's time. Very clean, recently renovated and modernized, relatively quiet, and the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend it.
