The in-room entertainment was terrible. The tv screen did not display a picture. An error message popped up displaying “remote for room 427 however I was assigned to room 423. I expected to watch tv and chill, however I was unable to do that. I called the front desk for a resolution however, the security guard was sent to my room was unable to resolve the issue. I’d like compensation for that if possible.

I came in from a late flight, having missed supper. It was nice to find a frozen microwaveable chicken pot pie as an option in the snacks area of the lobby. And, at a price that, although not grocery store low, also not ballpark or movie theater high either. Staff was friendly and helpful. 4 stars because the faucet handle in the room is broken (but functional).
