Staff was fabulous. Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, the property needs a major face lift. And hair in the bathroom and on blankets. Stains on towels.

Very happy with our stay. Everything looks great since they finally remodeled everything. The embassy’s were super outdated prior to that.

The freshly prepared breakfast was enjoyable.
However, the room could have been cleaner—there was noticeable dust, and the bathroom had mold growing around the tub seals. Additionally, the hotel was quite noisy, especially on the lower floors. On our first night, the front lobby felt more like a daycare, with a luggage cart full of kids and teens running around.
