Nice place.. a little older but still nice. would stay there again for sure. walking distance to the Theater

Clear there hasn't been an update of the property in a while. As a place to crash, it was fine. But clear wear and tear in the room.

Okay everyone who stays here knows this property is in need of updating, revamping, and an overhaul. The location can't be beat. The rates are great too. But by far the best thing about this hotel is the customer service. Front desk agents Justina and Nautica were absolutely fabulous.....genuinely kind, professional, helpful, accommodating, with great attitudes. Mrs Marquardt these women are a huge asset to your hotel and operation. I travel often with work so I'm hard to impress. Shout out to Greg the shuttle driver as well. While there are other nicer hotels in the area I will keep coming back to the DoubleTree Hilton when in town because of the outstanding customer service and staff.
