Location wise is the biggest perk for this hotel. Right on the boardwalk, right off the beach. The 3 dining options are great. The pool and hot tub are maintained pretty well. Only thing that knocked off a star was the elevator and no ice machine. Once the elevator is open, it’s almost closing on you if you don’t hurry. Bit scary for little kids.

Overall, the property met our needs. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My only disappointment was the television. It rained one night, and we were stuck in the room with Vizio television that kept circling and wouldn't log on or stay logged on. This is the first hotel I've stayed that didn't have local tv and additional streaming at a cost.

Right on the boardwalk, walking distance to anything you could need, friendly staff, poolside bar with live acoustic music. Be mindful that this is an older hotel with some cosmetic updates so there are some things that are offputting. Walls are super thin so you can hear everything, floors creak badly so you can hear every movement from the room above. There is a musty smell and carpet feels damp in the room, I could not stand to be barefoot in there.

I love the staff, they were very attentive but the hotel itself needs upgrading. The room floor needs renovation. Convenient location to the attractions, especially with kids.

Very convenient to the best part of the boardwalk. Music at the pool bar was very good. Bathroom was a little small but not a big deal to us.

Our first time staying at the hotel and we had an overall great experience! Staff was friendly, pool/bar was a blast and right on the boardwalk! Ourdoor seating is an amazing bonus. The rooms are on the smaller side and decor is dated BUT the mattress and pillows were very comfortable! Also, fridge and microwave were provided and worked well. We stayed on the 5th floor and the AC worked great and shower water got hot. Will definitely be back.
