Right on the boardwalk. Convenient to just about everything. The room was tiny. Most of the plumbing and electrical fixtures were loose. The carpets were gross. The staff was friendly enough, but seemed generally disinterested. The pool and bar area was very nice. You get what you pay for.

The big elevator was broke all four days. The small elevator was slow and we waited a long time for it.

Great for bike week, very accommodating…but noisy, we were on the 4th floor, people above us—you could hear every step they took
