The property was great but there are too many hidden fees that should have been charged through Expedia from the beginning or you should be made aware of at booking. The resort wanted to put a $700 ($200 a day) hold on my card just in case I wanted to charge anything to the room.

The hotel is very clean. Some items were broken like the shower door in my room had a small piece missing and the sensor for the room key had the cover piece missing. We rented one of the bikes you can peddle on water and it was the squeakiest thing ever. It was so loud people were looking from the beach to find the noise. The cost of food for the quality is outrageous. Frank and Lola’s was the most disappointing. The pizza was okay but the garlic knots were dry with barely any garlic. The pasta seemed like it came out of a giant pan and was the quality you’d find at a cheap wedding buffet. Also, for snacks, shop out of the hotel. They charge $9.90 for a small bag of potato chips and a large bottle of Fiji water is $13. At the pool they charge $8 for a can of Kalik beer but if you go out on the beach next door it’s 3/$10 bottles.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The resort was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, port, and attractions. The room was nice and spacious with great views. The things I did not like was that when we got into our room, there was a random spoon in the sink showing it had been used. And there was a piece of plastic stuck on the dirty counter. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The hotel did not include any free amenities other than the pool. The room service food choice was poor.

Wonderful place to stay. Make sure you have enough money for food … a little pricey. We had a wonderful time with okr adult children. I felt very safe .
