The first time I stayed here I have zero complaints , this time around in a different unit and there seemed to just be more and more issues pop up . The bathroom had hair all over the floor, mould all in the shower as well as the shower floor being in terrible condition to the point where it hurt, the dishwasher never cleaned anything properly and the dishes had dried food on them when I arrived. There was scaffolding infront of my balcony not allowing to open the balcony door and woke up every morning to people infront of my room. And it would’ve been fine if I had known about the construction being directly infront of my room beforehand I think is important not just that there is construction at the building , it was just disappointing having such a drastic difference in my stay only 2 weeks apart. Other than that it’s a great location and if these things could be fixed it would be amazing.

Amazing apartment for our stay! Lovely building, the commons areas were very cool. Loved how much SPACE we had! Building was quiet, and very clean. Great location, some really great food and bars just outside the front doors. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Broadway.

The unit was fairly beat up. The electronic key to access the unit did not work very well.

Location is great!!! Had to contact customer service & they were prompt and helpful. The room itself was spacious, and decent. I feel it could use a deep clean & some minor touchups. Overall was a good stay.

There was no furniture on the deck, would have been nice! The door keeper was missing. It was just wood nothing to really secure your door. We were told the day before there was a fire inspection and there was going to be someone coming at 9am . Not convenient while on vacation.It was never disclosed when looking at the property that this was on their schedule. There was major construction going on that wasn’t disclosed. It wasn’t an issue, but should be mentioned.

It was really noisy with construction right outside my window all day everyday and I wish I had known that in the description
