We were greeted properly on our arrival. When we checked in we were impressed that the staff was dressed in a sharp uniform and all of them were very clean and neat. Our suite was very clean. The restaurant service was excellent and our meal was very good. We would definitely book the Hyatt in the future. John and Linda Di Joseph
