Clean pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant was excellent and our waiter William was great. Listened to the lovely Emma White perform. The hotel is perfectly located for a short walk to Broadway and right across from the Bridgestone arena where we saw an amazing closing tour show by Jellyroll.

The only bad thing is that the parking is too expensive!!

An adequate but not outstanding stay. We wanted to be close to the Bridgestone Arena for the Predators game, so given that, this wasn’t a bad stay if you’re okay with how overwhelmingly busy downtown Nashville is. The elevators are slow, breakfast lines are long, and the breakfast itself always seemed to be cold. Got the job done for a short stay to see the game, but would not want to stay longer than a weekend. The breakfast line cooks were audibly complaining about the happiness of guests as they were cooking. One even said “I can see the exit sign from here” I guess insinuating guests could leave? I did not witness anyone being rude to the cooks so that was a weird thing to overhear. I’d rate the stay as average. I’ve been to better Embassy Suites for sure.

our room was spacious and the view amazing.... cleaning staff friendly even though' they didn't speak English.... Staff at front desk we found unfriendly = no eye contact and it seemed that they were unhappy at their jobs and when asked questions seemed to be bothered.
