The only complaint I have was parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to parking. We will stay there again!!!!

The only positives about this hotel were the pools and the fact that it is conveniently located on the boardwalk with beachfront access. The staff was rude and the hotel itself lacked an overall sense of cleanliness. They began cleaning our room two hours prior to us checking out (we checked out on time) and the staff members became frustrated and rude because my husband kept coming in and out of the room to finish loading our items into our car. We should have still had full access to the room at this point because checkout was not for another 2 hours! An individual urinated on the elevator floor and it took ages for this to be cleaned up. It was an absolute nightmare to find parking and the staff members were not helpful with this matter. Overall, the lazy river is a nice touch and it is nice to be right on the beach, but you can find these sane amenities elsewhere with cleaner facilities and appropriate staff members.

no plug ins
kids running around pool using floats not in lazy river using lazy river as pool instead of lazy river

only good thing is receptionist regina
no coffee
looks like cheap bug motel on steroids

The room was not clean. The balcony was nasty with the carpet half ripped up. Homeless people sleeping in the breezeway/ hallway. We were charged nearly 700 for 3 night's in this dump.

I appreciated the simplicity, convenience, and vintage aesthetic of the location. Please have realistic expectations. It’s a vintage building that could use a renovation, although it was a good experience. The staff has character and personality.
