The staff were wonderful, from front desk (and their adorable mascot!) to the restaurant and bar staff. They were professional and friendly to our group of American tourists. Rooms were clean and comfy with excellent views of downtown and Mont Royal Park.

Reinforced OMNI's reputation from prior experiences with the brand. Very conveniently located. Special thanks to Michael in the restaurant, the doormen who were extremely helpful with taxis and the concierge who not only provided valuable sightseeing advice but was able to confirm a dinner reservation that I was unable to. Made our stay very worry-free

Great location! Plenty of choices for dining and shopping, also less than 10 mins walk to the train station. The gym is also pretty big and clean.

Garage was under repair so you had to leave by 9:30 or wait til after 3. Which is absolutely ridiculous. For the price of the room there are better hotels.
