The hotel is in a very nice location, Staff is friendly. Customer service was ok when it was available. When you get to this hotel you self-check in yourself at Kiosk. There's no parking, the only option is valet and you have to pay for it if you're from outside of Canada make sure you have "Winter Tires" if not they won't park your car and you have to park a couple blocks away at public parking. The room was just barely big enough to move around. The hotel was clean enough to be acceptable, the bathroom was nice, and the shower was horrible; the handheld unit worked fine, but the shower head was clogged

We liked how close to downtown the hotel was. Very walkable and close to the Metro. We didn't receive a room upgrade, which was quite disappointing as we thought our room was very small.
