The room smelled really musty and stale. There were no windows and housecleaning was apparently every 3 days. I only stayed 3 days, so they basically never cleaned the room. They also charge just to hold our luggage since our flight was in the evening. Towels were so small, thin and tattered. I appreciated the location though.

Booked a room for 3. Pull out couch wasn’t working so the 3rd person had to sleep on the floor. They said they were fully booked. Felt like the place was haunted and we were all so itchy (felt like bed bugs) when we woke up. Our parking was a long walk because they said their parking was full. We had to pay extra for parking. Location wise - it’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and nice streets.

Hallways were really smelly, elevators too. Sink was overflowing cause it was clearly clogged up. Beds and location was the only positive aspect. Definitely needs some improvement.

Not safe for pets. All electrical cords hanging out. Must furniture was chipped cracked or broken. Front desk person was extremely rude, no customer service skills at all. We asked for a fan to add to our room and they said “why?” “We don’t have fans”. I wouldn’t go back there unless it’s free.

Convenient location -- airport 747 bus stops just outside the hotel and Champ-du-mars metro station is 5 minutes walk away. Efficient check-in. Room had minor unrepaired problems -- broken drawer, no stopper in sink, bathtub stopper broken, etc. Our room looked onto a construction site, but not noisy. Beds were comfortable. Ample hot water available. Mini-fridge but no microwave in room. Individual heating/cooling units in each room. Front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all our questions. Snack vending machines in the lobby. Restaurants available within a short walking distance. Self-catering also possible with several outlets within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel is well-positioned for tourist sites in Old Montreal. Good value for money considering location and Montreal prices.
