i think the location is great. It's in downtown Montreal and very lively. Close by and within walking distance are a lot of Vegan restaurants. Staff was a so very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience.

The HVAC unit was not responding to the controls. I was to tired to complain about it. Room did not have an ice bucket? Had to have one delivered. I understand construction but when you see a chain link fence bolted to the exterior walls of the building to keep the bricks from falling......

Connected to mall, easy access to downtown and nearby location. Access to restaurant, great city views, staff nice and polite.

Property was clean quiet person at desk was very helpful in showing me how to get around on the metro. Would definitely stay here again.
