Staff was excellent and it’s location is excellent in the city! Around tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would just come back when it’s not cold. We just stayed one night for a layover.

Beautiful old Montreal mansion. Very clean, and staff were pleasant and helpful Yes, there are indications that it is an old building but we had a beautiful large room that was super clean. Comfortable bed.

Decent cold breakfast included and free coffee and tea available all day. Especially nice after being out. Close by bus, metro and small restaurants with in five minutes.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the location has many amenities and very close to the nearest subway station.

First there is no elevator, if you are old or handicap this is not the place for you, second got to my room, the room very small, outdated, old carpet, and the worst part the climate control either heat or cool, it was hot in the room and outside, I called the from desk and they informed me that they the cooling system is turned off for the year, all what they can do is open the window to get fresh air. After complaint that I am hot natured, they moved me to their sister hotel across the street the Sense Hotel, even though that the rates was a lot cheaper at the Sense they would NOT refund me the difference , the room at the Sense bigger but it was NOT so clean, old bedding , noisy , I stayed 5 nights and they never came to clean the room or stock it with the necessities even though I asked for it several time, and the person in charge made several notes of it. The Sense Hotel is for only 1 night stay and if it is the last Hotel in town. The staff very friendly , house keeping is bad, and the hotel could use a lot of cleaning and updating . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL,
