Marina should not be in customer service counter. She has a terrible attitude. Also, hotel Manager, Mr. Ventura should get more involved in Customer service matters. Carpets are extremely filthy.

Buffet was average but the bedroom is spacious. There’s no lift and it’s not wheelchair accessible. You have to carry everything upstairs. It’s neat and staff is quite friendly.

Charming hotel in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants near by as well as accessible to buss and metro. Staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable and clean!

Conveniently located downtown hotel, close to public transit options, continental breakfast included. Many stairs would be a problem for some people.

I bought an upgrade for my booked room as I did not want to stay in the souterrain. The young man at the reception did everything to accommodate me and even calculated the average price for my upgrade. I really appreciated this. The breakfast particularly the coffee is really not good. The young lady responsible for the breakfast was laying on the stairs looking into her mobile - instead of looking after guests. And generally there was no-one to be seen in the breakfast room.
