We really liked the room and the hitel itself. Convenient parking was expensive, as we had to pay event rates.

I like that the main doors close after hours and have to use key to get in. Very nice and fancy.

Very nice upscale hotel. Rooms are plush. Very nice area.

I accidentally booked the wrong day for my hotel stay and to my demise it was a non-refundable room. I still needed a place to stay for the night so I cancelled the booking with the wrong date and booked for the right date hoping they would refund me for my mistake but no. They're greedy and have zero customer service. Although the hotel is nice, I will definitely not stay here again or recommend my family/friends.
