We were told certain things by some people and told other things by another. Have stayed here multiple times in the last month never any issues went to check in today and they made a big deal about my id being invalid even tho it’s the same id I’ve checked in with multiple time before this. We were told very aggressively to leave the premises or the cops would be called I will not be spending any more money with the Hyatt place any of them. They hung up my phone touching my personal property and were very disrespectful. I would advise you take your business elsewhere.

Went to go use one of the elevators to the parking garage and someone or an animal had defecated in the elevator and as soon as I turned around the staff desk said yep we know we have somebody coming to clean it up so hotel service was very friendly and quick. And the staff hooked it up with a glass of milk when we had heartburn really bad :) !!!

We liked the area of the property, as it was near the place we were going for an event. check in was fast and easy. The place is well secure as you need your room key to get in the building on the elevators. The only thing we had a problem with was the heating. We kept turning it up and it kept getting colder in the room. Didn’t get fixed until an hour before check out. Also there was blood splattered on the wall by the bed underneath the night stand. I could not sleep in the bed after seeing that. We told the front desk and they didn’t seem worried about it at all. That’s considered a bio hazard. We only got our parking compensated for that. We liked the place but the blood splatter is a big no for us.

We stayed for two nights and the restaurant in the hotel was out of food both nights. There are not many other restaurants in the area. The parking garage was weird and under construction. Overall, not a great stay.
