The property is in the heart of Memphis, close to the baseball stadium, Beale Street, and the Bass Pro Pyramid. The room was squeaky clean, and the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast bar was excellent.

Front desk staff were happy and eager to help. Great positive vibe when checking in and assisting with needs during the stay. Convenient location in downtown Memphis.
Cons: Room service didn’t take out trash from room. The park across the street had vagrants and others occupying what appeared to be a nice area. Probably needs a guard for guests in the evening.
