This is my 3rd stay at this location and I appreciated how staff handled whatever concerns I had. The onsite breakfast was very good. The only concern was there was only one working elevator; which I’m sure was out of the control of the staff.

The area itself was dirty and completely dead at night; with the exception of the couple loud clubs and junkies that hang around outside.

the best thing was the ladies at the front Jenny and Erandy. the support staff made the hotel experience a 10. recommend promotions for all. the valet staff was top notch. jason marc jeremy all of them

Ok hotel, aircon situation was a major issue in the hallway to the lift like Alaska, and they had no control over it, fan was on full all the time, needed a coat to walk to the lift. the in room aircon was right next to the bed, blowing all night on us, we could turn it down though then it wasn't cold enough. Some of the staff were wonderful some were not helpful regarding the aircon issue...no cafe down stairs only breakfast, breakfast was enough and had a few options. The tram stopped tight outside which was great! Washing and drying was free, which was excellent!
