The hotel is very nice and most of the staff were great. They received a lower rating because the cleaning staff left our door open. We called the front desk to tell them and to notify them that we didn't get any new towels. Eventually 2 large towels were delivered, but nothing else was replaced.

High on hospitality. Great service from the employees at the hotel. Linens were crisp and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately the city was FILTHY. Garbage in the streets and a general grubbiness. The city needs to clean up, and it could be a gem! The streets outside smelled of human urine. (Not in the hotel’s control)
Had some maintenance issues but they were met with good attitudes and care from the staff. Would stay again, as it is a common stop/stay over on our way to see family.
