The hotel was great. The only 2 issues we had were 1) the Heater in the rooms were insanely loud. When turned on via the thermostat it blew extremely high powered cold and hot air at the same time. We changed it to auto which blew the correct temperature air, but the machine kicking on and off woke us multiple times. The units in the rooms beside us were equally as loud and could be heard all night long. 1) The refillable shower gel items were impossible to squeeze out. I understand eliminating single use items, but the soaps just did not work. (shampoo/conditioner was a different brand and worked great). The location was fantastic, and the reason we booked here versus other hotels. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and we had to drive to our destinations anyway.

While we didn’t enjoy the party taking place at 1am in the hallways, we do understand that bars close at some point and it’s not the staffs fault when the other guests are noisy. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and they had a decent snack selection which was available for purchase. Breakfast was bare minimum and mostly unpalatable. The restaurant attached has decent food and fairly quick service.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I did not appreciate being awakened at 11PM by a robo call from Tru Hilton asking how I liked my visit.

After arriving late, it was nice having the option of a restaurant on property. The staff were very nice and helpful during check-in and out. The complimentary breakfast is always nice. The room view was beautiful. Overall, a five-star stay!
