Service was amazing! Great staff!
Rooms clean but smelt musty. Got moved once. The room was somewhat better but still had that oder.
I also think for what you pay for a room. A complimentary breakfast is in order. Especially considering I have had much better quality complimentary breakfast at lower priced hotels. I had dinner there as well. Not much better.
Again, staff, service, and overall cleanliness was great.

We have stayed in Madison several times over the past few years. This was our first time at Double Tree & by far our nicest stay.
