The property was beautiful and elegant. Loved the close shopping experience and the proximity to events in town.

Liked the location. Close proximity to dining and shopping. Very short walk to the Novo. Hotel and room very clean and new looking. Cost for L.A quite affordable. Front desk staff offered little to no assistance regarding how to navigate elevator and find my room. Kinda tricky here as you have put in room number and scan room key. (I had to ask a man nearby). Also, it is easier to use valet as finding self park was confusing. So, pay the $55 to avoid the headache. Again, Front desk person, Anna, waved me off and said, "it's over there." I had to ask the valet person, who wasn't very clear either. So, overall, very nice hotel in a great location. The service needs sone wirk.
