The property itself is fine. Had a beautiful room on the top floor, overlooking the city. Very quiet and romantic. Almost fell in the shower (wish it had some floor grip). If you want internet - that's extra. $60 for valet. Went down to the lobby for cocktails. 4 cocktails and 1 slice of cake cost me $140 (including tip). Being mindful, there's a "staff service charge" of $20. Just to walk from behind the bar to serve drinks... I'll stay here again, but I'll be more mindful next time.

This property is beyond amazing. When first arriving, we got upgraded to a top floor room and the staff was so friendly and so informative… when staying there you have so many perks to do some cool things complementary in the area along with free popcorn. The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby bar is fun and the staff there is amazing.. room service was delicious and we also had dinner next-door which they let us in not properly dressed. When checking out we needed them to hold our bags for five hours and because they weren’t full, they extended our checkout time to 430 complementary…. If I ever find myself back in LA, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
