Best Western should not have granted their hotel at this location- area around is a Korean ghetto, unfriendly staff, rude car parking guy.

Cleaniness is good
Parking is pathetic, Supplies are limited, AC in the room is not working as expected

You need to speak with Expedia. Your booking was for 2 nights and you only stayed for 1 night. So we held the room for 2 nights and no one else was able for book for that room on a sold out night.
