I will not be returning to this hotel. It was not at all what I expected, and I am buried disappointed

I will preface this review by stating that we enjoyed our stay at the Broadline last year. This year was horrible. We were in town for work and had to get to sleep early to be up early. There is a club in the basement of the building playing music until 2am each night. The noise could be heard and felt each night. We had to wear ear plugs to drown it out. Parking was a nightmare. We had to pay a lot extra for two parking spots, which is expected but getting our vehicle into the space they gave us was a nightmare. We had two cars, one of which was a larger vehicle. The space they gave us to park was impossible to get into with the vehicle we had, We asked for another spot but was refused stating that the empty spots were for monthly tenants. There is no one to speak to. You have to txt a number. All communication is done via txt and emails. Don't expect to be able to talk to a human being. Really bummed out that the experience this year was as bad as it was.

During parking reservation, it is advised for all large vehicles to book the tandem space, as it only fits 1 truck or 2 compact cars. The vehicle you had was a large vehicle and a suv, which we recommended to rent 2 tandem spaces. We suggested to rent 2 spaces and only received 1 parking reservation from you. It is recommended to reserve early as we sell out of spaces often. Hope this helps with any questions and please visit us again soon.
