Room was spacious. Lots of power outlets including some USB outlets. Desk and chair with outlets for personal electronics. Mini Fridge was able to keep perishables including medications well-cooled. Motel is just two blocks from Fremont Street experience in Las Vegas, which is an enjoyable entertainment environment.
Paint was peeling. Smoke detector was found in a drawer with no battery inserted in it. Location was across the street from "Container Park" which hosts very loud music at night, even weekdays. In-room heater was very loud. Windows were rusted shut. Bed had only one thin blanket. No comforter or bed spread. Small coffee maker apparently did not work, although coffee and one cup had been provided in room. No hot water. Turning faucet to full hot provided water slightly cooler than room temperature. Office was closed and locked when I tried to check out.

It was clean, and located near the downtown casinos and great brunch restaurants. The Wi-Fi was fast. My only complaint is that it is near some public places with very loud music, where you mainly hear the distorted bass from the motel. But that's not under their control. The lower price more than made up for that.
