No atmosphere on a few beds round pools. No safe until you asked for it then it just sits in cupboard. Room nice. Broken decking very dangerous. No room service. The cafe was lovely but wernt told about it. Horrible pillows. Pretty run down

Will stay again when in Kuta. Beach across the street, entertainment, small market next store, restaurants/bars everywhere, great view from the room and best of all…..the staff. Friendly and attentive.

Plus: location, staf hospitality Minus: poor building finishing condition, a bit on the expensive side for that standard. My shower handle was broken on my first day but the staff fixed it. Towel hanger very far from shower, making us walking across the sink with dripping water. There are only body towels provided, no hand/2nd towels available.

Its was ok for the price but the sink didn't work and looks like for quite awhile had to use tap in shower to wash hands and didn't even attempt a shave.

The property is very old. You need urgently maintenance. No lighting along the balcony to our room. It's completely scary and unsecured. But more scarier is the room. The wooden floor got peeled off, the toilet area are full of mold. Staff seem doesn't know the simply information about Kuta.
