This was a last resort option for a last minute booking. The area surrounding the hotel was awful - the beach is public and filled with litter - it is NOT reflective of the hotel beach photos. The hotel itself is clinical, and super old school / dated. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend if you care about where you stay. Area has lots of shopping but the crowd wasn’t a vibe - think stag do, garish bars, lots of noise and an unruly crowd. The breakfast was mediocre.

Great hospitality and very helpful staff. Clean facilities. Next to shopping mall. Walkable from main market.

Fantastic one night stay at the Sheraton , enjoyed crossing the road to kuta beach. Readily available stores for shopping , H&M, Zara and Uniqlo. Close to the airport with a shuttle
