Your comments are invaluable, and we will be addressing these issues immediately with our maintenance team to ensure they are resolved for future guests.We are also disappointed to learn that your dining experience did not meet expectations, especially regarding the overly salty dish and the charge for the teapot. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will investigate this matter with our restaurant team to ensure better quality control and clearer communication on such requests in the future.As for the noise disturbances, we truly apologize for any disruptions caused by other guests and the traffic in the area.
