Perfect location for downtown Knoxville shopping and dining. The showers have an issue with getting the floor very wet. Like flooded wet. I actually fell twice trying to maneuver the floor. I mentioned to the staff and they were very apologetic. No one’s fault… except maybe the building engineers 🤔. Anyway, suggested adding extra bathroom towel mats. I will for sure be staying again. That was just a small issue.

Our first visit to Knoxville… this hotel was perfect. conveniently located. Very nice stay with friendly staff!
