We enjoyed the pool and we were able to walk to Market Square to welcome home the Championship TN Vols Baseball Team !

Would NOT recommend this property for your stay to Knoxville. For value the hotel is very dated and our room was unclean upon arrival. Headboard and desk were caked in dust. We also had an adjoining room and when we opened it, it was covered in black dust that took us four Clorox wipes to clean. Light was out in our bathroom (though they did fix quickly) and conditioner bottle was broken off the wall. Lobby was very congested and long waits for elevators. The worst part of our experience though was definitely the valet parking. We were fine with paying the $35 a night for valet service, but the valet provided no direction and you have to seek them out when you arrived every time in our opinion, we believed that some of the valet drivers were perhaps on substances because communication was challenging. We arrived home and noticed we have three large scratches on our car that were not there before our trip, and since we drove directly home, had to be a result of valet parking.

Great location. Dirty carpet. Poor air conditioning. Smaller room than you would get at other hotels for the price. Great staff. Onsite restaurant is delicious. Comfy bed. Carpets need to be shampooed and air conditioner units need to be serviced or completely replaced.

Outstanding and very accommodating staff, this is our third stay here and we’ll be back again! Great for kids too!

Great hotel about 1.5 miles from UT. Plenty of restaurants around, and easy distance from UT.
