We paid $200 for one night. The hallway smelt musty to room. Valet was $35. We went to the restaurant on site and there was a man in there who clearly was having some kind of mental or drug episode because he was cursing and talking to hisself. I am so disappointed in this Hilton stay, but I assume I won’t get any kind of refund for feeling unsafe because you did not need a key to enter from any door or to get to any level in the hotel. The bathroom was dated back to 1992 with zero water pressure and barely enough power to get the waste down the toilet. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not to mention the 65 inch tv was 15 feet away from the Murphy bed……..made it 35 years without sleeping on a Murphy bed but no more.

We liked being able to walk to Neyland stadium and being downtown close to all the restaurants.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. It's got a great location in downtown close to a lot of nearby restaurants / shops / bars. Spacious room with a nice bed and a friendly staff.

We had no hot water for 2 days. And the room had on odor to it.
