The river view was amazing -- I saw lots of dolphins in the morning! Great location for attending events downtown. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would love to stay there again! That being said, the ice machine wasn't working and there was no mini fridge, but that didn't ruin my stay. Parking was safe but not cheap at $20 per night.

The property was fine. Clean, functional, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Staff was friendly. The check-in process leaves a LOT to be desired and the app/technology for Hilton is hot garbage. I received an email the day of our trip telling me to get the app to check-in... where I would select my room, receive a digital room key, and would be able to "skip the front desk". After jumping through a couple of hoops to get the app and get logged in to my account, I was presented with multiple errors before eventually being able to select a room and "check-in". However, when it came time to create my "digital key", I received a final error and was told to see the front desk for assistance upon check-in. Checking in with the front desk, I was told that I was NOT getting the room I had selected because it was "probably out of service for maintenance" and was put in a less desirable location. Again, the room and everything else with the stay was fine, but the time wasted on the technology and it's promises of greatness soured the entire experience.

Overall I was pleased with the facilities and staff. However, I feel the bathroom could use some attention. I think it was also be beneficial to have smart TVs to allow guest to utilize streaming applications if they wished to. Another thing I would’ve liked is a bar service by the pool. It’s such a beautiful area and would be even more enjoyable with that option. As the hotel crowd grew the service didn’t seem to change which was remarkable. Valet parking was useful however there were times we waited for our vehicle because the attendants just hadn’t gone to retrieve it once we had sent the text notification. I would however stay again.

Great place to stay excellent staff beds were super comfortable. Restaurant on site was a little to pricey but we found great little bbq place down the road.
