Nice staff but property is showing its age and rooms need a refurb

Nice property. Super nice staff. Neighborhood was less than desired. Luckily the restaurant was great in the hotel and we didn't have to leave. Valet is a lot across the street, not covered parking. Valet staff is super fast and kind.
