Ben was not helpful and very unprofessional. He was not willing to help even though he was well able to do so!

I loved my stay. It's perfect considering the cost...the breakfast was very good with a great selection, the staffs was very friendly and polit, same the guesses. The staff was OUTSTANDING. My room was clean, and I had no issue with the state it was in. A bit of wear and tear noticeable but nothing major. As for the neighborhood, its ok, its downtown located in a business sector, so its a bit boring naturally, but you can walk to better spots easily or take the light train. I highly recommend it.

Great property and staff. Breakfast was great. Very loud in this area at night, especially on weekends

The young lady that checked me in Thursday night and checked me out Sunday morning was very nice and friendly.
