The check in/out process is very strange and worrisome. I have stayed at other self check-in properties (Sonder, for example), but I have never had to submit photos of my id and payment information. Exhibit A2 also charged my credit card twice for the refundable deposit and wouldn’t allow me to check in otherwise. In addition, they allow you to request early check in, but they kept telling me to ask again in a half hour or so (I wanted to check in 30 minutes early) and eventually just stopped responding. If early check in isn’t an option, than just say so! Lastly, they send way too many texts and emails that simply provide the check in code and basic info. One or two would be sufficient. It seems they’re trying to give the illusion of being communicative without actually being so.

Elevator was out when we arrived- lugged up 4 flights with suitcases, etc. BUT they fixed it by the time we arrived back from show. It happens and they jumped on it. NO COFFEE! A keurig there but no supplies. Chair in bedroom- leg loose - dangerous. But overall, considering location, price, communications, and the layout- very good stay

I had a very positive experience overall. Only drawback is the security deposit issue. Although I had already paid the deposit, I kept receiving "urging" email every single day for more than a month, I was asked to give them different bank account several times and it was very annoying. This system requires improvement. Having said that, staff's response via text message was always prompt and helpful. The location was superb and I really liked my high-ceiling room with lots of sunlight. I would definitely stay again.
