We didn’t like that we had to park of site. We are all seniors and had to carry all our bags back from where we parked. We didn’t know where to go to get back. It wasn’t a good thing. I should have been told about the parking when we booked. The service in the restaurant was excellent as was the food. The girl at the desk in the morning when I checked out didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience when I told her, she said nothing. Which didn’t help the already bad situation. We should have been told to leave our luggage in the lobby while we parked our car. Not a complete satisfied customer. Hope you read this…Thank You

Appreciated receiving an email in advance of arrival with parking instructions given all of the construction in the downtown core.
